HostOnAI provides domain registration, cloud server hosting, and AI API access services.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not use our services for illegal activities
  • You must not abuse server resources or violate our acceptable use policy

4. Payment Terms

  • Domain registrations are billed annually
  • Server hosting is billed monthly
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • All sales are final. Refunds are not available as our upstream providers (domain registrars, cloud infrastructure) do not offer refunds

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for service interruptions.

6. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

HostOnAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
